It’s the first day of Autumn and even though the weather doesn’t exactly permit it in LA yet, I’m completely ready to transition to a fall wardrobe! Fall for me means tons and tons of comfy knitted sweaters and cardigans. I love being able to easily throw on a soft oversized sweater over a pair of jeans and call it a day! They don’t call it sweater weather for nothing! Check out some of my picks below!
As you guys already know, I love my basics! My daily outfits are made up of basic pieces so that I can quickly leave my house for work or anything else I do! I try to always choose clothes that are versatile and would give me the ability to create endless outfits using different combinations of pieces and items. I’ve been seeing this 90s trend come back and I think it’s something I can be on board with! I love choker necklaces that are very delicate and simple. It adds a bit of something to any outfit without being overpowering. From the bolo style to delicate feminine gold ones, I am looking to purchase a few soon! I’ve always loved lace for as long as I can remember. My family used to dress me up in little lace tulle dresses and I fell in love with the beautiful delicate details, even though the tulle was incredibly itchy!
I find that lace accents add a feminine touch to any outfit and softens your overall look. I know that many people think of grandma’s tablecloth or doilies when white lace is brought up but there’s something about it that draws me in every time. I’ve been loving how delicate lace blouses are trending these days because it gives me an excuse to buy more! Let me start off by saying how happy I am that Leonardo Dicaprio finally won an OSCAR!! I swear I was probably more nervous than he was when they were about to announce the award. He was definitely very deserving and I think the audience agreed as well, considering he got a standing ovation!

I’ve been super excited for the Grammys because I heard Adele was performing, so because I unfortunately cannot attend her concert, this would do. As usual, the fashion was something I was also looking forward to and I know that the Grammys calls for more fun and out-of-the-box looks!
